Bro. Joe Adams

Bro. Joe Adams came to know the Lord at the age of 21, in between his junior and senior year of college. After several years of attending nominal churches, he felt a strong urgency and pull from God calling him to something greater and deeper. Upon the request of his late grandmother, Sis. Lula Roncali, and his aunt, Sis. Penny French, he traveled to Homer, LA, to attend a church service at Evening Light Tabernacle. While experiencing a weekend of meetings and seeing the sincerity with which the people worshipped the Lord, Bro. Joe found what his heart desired. After several months of traveling back and forth from Mississippi, he moved to Minden, LA, and made Evening Light Tabernacle his home church.

At the age of 26, he surrendered to the call of God in his life to minister the gospel.

He has been married to Sis. Jessica since 2002. The Lord has blessed their family with three children: Lauren, Joseph, and Rebekah Joy.

Bro. Timothy Pruitt

Although Bro. Timothy Pruitt grew up in a Christian home and was under the Godly influence of his father, Bro. Tim Pruitt, it wasn’t until the age of 17, during a missionary trip to Africa, that his life was changed. It was there that God also started dealing with his heart to preach. In the year 2000, he surrendered to the call of God in his life to minister the gospel. He has since traveled to many countries to help spread the Message of the Hour as a full-time evangelist.

He has been married to Sis. Ruth since 1996. The Lord has blessed their family with four children: Adrianna, Luke, Andrew, and Katelyn.
